     A bill to amend 2011 PA 256, entitled

 

"Michigan fireworks safety act,"

 

by repealing section 21 (MCL 28.471).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 21 of the Michigan fireworks

 

safety act, 2011 PA 256, MCL 28.471, is repealed.
