A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled
"Michigan election law,"
(MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 33a.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 33a. Not later than July 1 of each odd numbered year, the secretary of state shall post on the department of state website the name of each county, city, township, and village clerk who is not current with his or her continuing election education training as required under section 33.
