HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 

SENATE BILL NO. 476

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled

 

"Occupational code,"

 

by repealing article 29 (MCL 339.2901 to 339.2919).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Article 29 of the occupational code, 1980

 

PA 299, MCL 339.2901 to 339.2919, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless all of the following bills of the 97th Legislature are

 

enacted into law:

 

     (a) Senate Bill No. 477.

 

     (b) House Bill No. 4683.

 

     (c) House Bill No. 4684.
