HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 

SENATE BILL NO. 607

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

by repealing section 62 (MCL 338.2262).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 62 of the state license fee act,

 

1979 PA 152, MCL 338.2262, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless House Bill No. 4392 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into

 

law.
