A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 12a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 12a. The portion of highway M-59 located within
Livingston County shall be known as the "Candice Dunn Memorial
Highway".
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
