SENATE BILL NO. 682

A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled

"Michigan vehicle code,"

(MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 628b.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 628b. (1) Notwithstanding sections 627 and 628, an individual who operates a vehicle on a highway or street that is closed to nonemergency motor vehicles shall not exceed 15 miles per hour.

(2) An individual who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
