SENATE BILL NO. 1036

A bill to repeal 2014 PA 187, entitled

"Michigan settlement administration authority act,"

(MCL 141.1601 to 141.1611).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The Michigan settlement administration authority act, 2014 PA 187, MCL 141.1601 to 141.1611, is repealed.
