SENATE BILL NO. 1085

A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

"The Michigan penal code,"

by repealing sections 29, 30, 31, and 32 (MCL 750.29, 750.30, 750.31, and 750.32).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Sections 29 to 32 of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.29 to 750.32, are repealed.
