1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6 $........... is appropriated to the Housing Finance Agency from the general fund for
1.7the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2013, for transfer to the housing development fund for
1.8the family homeless prevention and assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.9462A.204 . This appropriation is in addition to any other base appropriations funding
1.10and shall become part of the agency's base.
