1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 2, section 30, is amended
1.7to read:
1.8 Sec. 30. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.9This article is effective the day following final enactment. Section 14 relating to
1.10the health professional education loan forgiveness program applies to applications for the
1.11program submitted on or after that date.
1.3program requirements;amending Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9,
1.4article 2, section 30.
