1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. LAKE MILLE LACS WALLEYE HARVEST MANAGEMENT PLAN;
1.6LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL REQUIRED.
1.7The five-year management plan for the Lake Mille Lacs walleye harvest developed
1.8by the commissioner of natural resources in conjunction with the Mille Lacs Band of
1.9Chippewa must be approved by the legislature before the plan may be implemented.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
