1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. LABOR AGREEMENTS AND COMPENSATION PLANS.
1.5 Subdivision 1. American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.
1.6The labor agreement between the state of Minnesota and the American Federation of
1.7State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 5, Unit 225, submitted to the Legislative
1.8Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on .........., 2013, is
1.9ratified.
1.10 Subd. 2. Inter Faculty Organization. The labor agreement between the state of
1.11Minnesota and the Inter Faculty Organization, submitted to the Legislative Coordinating
1.12Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on .........., 2013, is ratified.
1.13 Subd. 3. Minnesota Nurses Association. The labor agreement between the
1.14state of Minnesota and the Minnesota Nurses Association, submitted to the Legislative
1.15Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on .........., 2013, is
1.16ratified.
1.17 Subd. 4. Office of Higher Education. The compensation plan for unrepresented
1.18employees of the Office of Higher Education, submitted to the Legislative Coordinating
1.19Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on .........., 2013, is ratified.
1.20 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.21Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
