1.4Statutes, chapter 135A.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [135A.0431] MILITARY VETERANS; RESIDENT TUITION.
1.7A person who is honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States is
1.8entitled to the resident tuition rate at Minnesota public postsecondary institutions.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for academic terms beginning after
1.10August 1, 2014.
