1.2relating to local government; authorizing meetings by telephone or other
1.3electronic means; amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 469.084, by
1.4adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 469.084, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 1a. Meetings by telephone or other electronic means. The port authority
1.9may conduct meetings as provided by section 13D.015.

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 1a. Meetings by telephone or other electronic means. The port authority
1.9may conduct meetings as provided by section 13D.015.
