1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$71,700,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of human services to fund the basic sliding fee child care program under
1.8Minnesota Statutes, section 119B.03, and reduce the number of eligible families on the
1.9waiting list. Base level funding for this program shall be increased by $75,600,000 in
1.10fiscal year 2016 and $79,500,000 in fiscal year 2017.
