1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. FUND TRANSFER; MADELIA.
1.6Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes section 475.65, on June 30, 2011, Independent
1.7School District No. 837, Madelia, may permanently transfer up to $427,000 from its
1.8construction account into its reserved for operating capital account.
