1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.5$313,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $313,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.6from the environmental fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to be
1.7transferred to the commissioner of health to continue perfluorochemical biomonitoring
1.8in eastern metropolitan communities, as recommended by the Environmental Health
1.9Tracking and Biomonitoring Advisory Panel.
