1.7Unless otherwise specified, the appropriations in this act are available until the project is
1.8completed or abandoned subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.

2.31grant to Hennepin County to rehabilitate the
2.32Franklin Avenue Bridge. This appropriation

Wellness Center

4.19the multigenerational population in the
4.20region. The facility will be located on the
4.21Hermantown School District campus and
4.22may be operated in collaboration with the
4.23Young Men's Christian Association. This
4.24appropriation does not require a local match.

Subd. 3.Sandstone - Business Park

4.26For a grant to the city of Sandstone to design
4.27and construct necessary public infrastructure
4.28to open a planned business park to serve a
4.29major tenant in Sandstone, Pine County.

Subd. 4.St. Paul - Museum of American Art

4.31For a grant to the St. Paul Port Authority to
4.32predesign the construction of the Minnesota
4.33Museum of American Art to be located in
4.34the city of St. Paul. This appropriation
5.1is not available until the commissioner of
5.2management and budget has determined that
5.3at least an equal amount has been committed
5.4to the project from nonstate sources.

Subd. 5.St. Paul - Park Square Theatre

5.6For a grant to the city of St. Paul to design,
5.7construct, furnish, and equip an expansion
5.8of the Park Square Theatre in the Hamm
5.9Building in St. Paul, subject to Minnesota
5.10Statutes, section 16A.695. This appropriation
5.11is not available until the commissioner of
5.12management and budget determines that
5.13a sufficient amount of nonstate funds to
5.14complete the project has been committed.

Subd. 6.City of Oslo
275,000
5.16Of this appropriation, $200,000 is for a grant
5.17to the city of Oslo for a water infrastructure
5.18study and $75,000 is for a grant to the Middle
5.19Snake Tamarac Watershed District for a Red
5.20River of the North floodway hydraulic study
5.21for the Oslo area.

5.22    Sec. 7. EFFECTIVE DATE.
5.23This act is effective the day following final enactment.
