1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. METROPOLITAN GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT
1.6CONFERENCE.
1.7$....... in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
1.8commissioner of natural resources, in consultation with the Metropolitan Council, to
1.9prepare and host a groundwater management conference to provide an update on scientific,
1.10technical, and other information regarding groundwater sustainability, use, and best
1.11management practices to metropolitan groundwater management professionals.
