1.1A Senate resolution
1.2relating to the attendance of members of standing committees at meetings and
1.3seminars held within this state; providing for the payment of expenses.
1.4BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate of the State of Minnesota:
1.5For the 2011 session of the 87th Legislature, members of a standing committee or
1.6subcommittee of the Senate, and employees thereof, upon approval of the Committee on Rules
1.7and Administration or its chair, may be reimbursed as provided in this resolution for attendance at
1.8meetings and seminars held within this state, including but not limited to meetings of the National
1.9Conference of State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments and their committees, on
1.10subjects within the jurisdiction of the standing committee or subcommittee.
1.11Expenses incurred in attending these meetings and seminars must be paid by the Secretary
1.12of the Senate with warrants drawn on the Senate legislative expense fund.
