SB 1502 - This act provides that St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and the city of St. Louis shall reimburse the daily cost of housing an inmate to the other counties for any residents housed in that county or city's jail.
This act is substantially similar to HB 2665 (2024).
