AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a highway.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.511, to read as follows:

            227.511. A portion of Business Route 54 within the city limits of Mexico, in Audrain County, shall be designated the "Christopher S. 'Kit' Bond Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
