AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.365, to read as follows:

            227.365. The portion of Lindbergh Boulevard located in St. Louis County, from its intersection with Lemay Ferry Road, to the highway's connection with Barracksview Road, shall be designated the "Dave Sinclair Boulevard". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donation.
