An Act To Amend Section 89-3-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide A Uniform Business Acknowledgment Form And To Provide Reciprocity For Out-of-state Acknowledgments; To Create Section 89-5-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create A Presumption As To The Date Of Execution Of An Acknowledgment Under Certain Circumstances And To Provide For Retroactive Effect; And For Related Purposes.
