An Act To Amend Section 63-1-49, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Individuals 55 Years Of Age And Older, Whose Driver's License Has Been Expired More Than Five Years, To Be Readministered The Driving Portion Of The Licensure Examination To Ensure The Applicant's Continued Knowledge Of The Proper And Safe Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; And For Related Purposes.
