Summary
An Act To Enact The Textbook Transparency Act To Require Textbook Publishers To Provide Certain Information To Faculty Members When Providing Information About The Publisher's Products; To Require Textbook Publishers That Offer Bundled Materials To Also Provide The Material Separate And Unbundled; To Require, Where Feasible, That Certain Public Institutions Of Higher Education Allow Students To Use Financial Aid Not Used For Tuition Or Fees To Purchase Required Textbooks At A Store On The Campus Of The Institution; And For Related Purposes.
