Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 83-11-101 And 83-11-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That All Uninsured Motorist Automobile Policies Shall Include Such Coverage For All Claims Involving The Owners Or Operators Of Vehicles Engaged In Police Or Fire Protection Which Are Protected By Immunity Under The Mississippi Tort Claims Act; To Bring Forward Section 11-46-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
