An Act To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Secretary Of State To Act As A Supervisory Trustee And Manage All Leasing Of Sixteenth Section Lands Belonging To School Districts Being Supervised And Managed Pursuant To The Declaration Of A State Of Emergency As Provided In Section 37-17-6; To Amend Section 29-3-69, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; And For Related Purposes.
