An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Public Purchasing Laws To Exempt Purchases Made Or Contracts Entered Into By The Department Of Mental Health Through December 31, 2031; To Amend Section 27-104-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Personal Or Professional Services Contract Entered Into By The Mississippi Department Of Mental Health Shall Be Exempt From Review And Approval By The Public Procurement Review Board Through December 31, 2031; And For Related Purposes.
