Summary
An Act To Amend Section 67-1-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create A Package Retailer's Special Permit For Conducting Alcoholic Beverage Tasting Or Sampling Events Conducted By Employees Or Representatives Of Manufacturers And Distillers; To Provide That The Holder Of The Special Permit May Conduct An Event Solely For The Purpose Of Offering And Serving Limited Amounts Of Samples Of Alcoholic Beverages At No Cost To The Consumers Thereof; To Require That Such An Event Must Be Conducted In An Area That Is Separated From The Point Of Sale Of Any Alcoholic Beverage; To Amend Section 67-1-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
