An Act To Require The Department Of Revenue To Develop A System, Including The Use Of An Auction Or Similar Procedure, For The Marketing And Sale Of Certain Personalized And Distinctive License Tags; To Authorize The Department To Enter Into A Contract With A Vendor Or Other Entity For The Purpose Of Assisting In Developing And Operating Such A System; To Provide That The System Shall Be Used For The Marketing And Sale Of License Tags For The License Plate Or Tag Series Beginning On October 1, 2018; And For Related Purposes.
