An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of Certain Municipalities That Are Designated As Qualified Resort Areas Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law To Specify The Hours Of Operation Of Facilities Offering Alcoholic Beverages For Sale, To Specify The Percentage Of Revenue That Facilities Offering Alcoholic Beverages For Sale Must Derive From The Preparation, Cooking And Serving Of Meals And Not From The Sale Of Beverages, And To Designate The Areas In Which Facilities Offering Alcoholic Beverages For Sale May Be Located; And For Related Purposes.
