Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-39-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When A Municipality With A Population Of Less Than 1,500 Advertises A Public Hearing For The Budget And Tax Levies For The Upcoming Fiscal Year, Such Municipality Shall Post Notice Of The Public Hearing In Three Public Places, Unless The Proposed Tax Levies For The Upcoming Fiscal Year Shall Exceed The Current Fiscal Year's Certified Tax Rate; And For Related Purposes.
