An Act To Amend Section 99-19-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Persons Who Are Convicted Of Certain Crimes To Practice Medicine Or Dentistry Again After The Person's License Has Been Reinstated By The State Board Of Medical Licensure Or The State Board Of Dental Examiners; To Amend Section 73-9-61, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For Nonissuance Or Denial Of Dental Licenses, To Make Some Minor, Nonsubstantive Changes; To Bring Forward Section 73-25-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For Nonissuance Or Denial Of Medical Licenses For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
