Summary
An Act To Create New Section 37-7-103.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Mandatory Abolition Or Administrative Consolidation Of A School District In District Transformation If The District Is Making Satisfactory Progress On Corrective Actions That Will Lead To The Termination Of The District Transformation Status; To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
