An Act To Amend Section 37-165-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The First School Year Following The Approval Of A Chronically Under-performing Public School's Petition For Conversion To Charter School Status To Be A Transitional Year During Which The Conversion Occurs; To Bring Forward Section 37-165-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Defines Certain Terms Used Under The Conversion Charter School Act Of 2010, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
