An Act To Require The Department Of Revenue To Study And Prepare A Report Relating To Sales Tax Exemptions Authorized With Regard To Various Nonprofit Organizations; To Require The Department Of Revenue To File A Copy Of Its Report Not Later Than January 1, 2012, With The Governor, The Clerk Of The House Of Representatives, The Secretary Of The Senate, The Chairman Of The House Ways And Means Committee And The Chairman Of The Senate Finance Committee; And For Related Purposes.
