Summary
An Act To Add A Certain Segment Of Road In Franklin County That Travels Through The City Of Meadville To The State Highway System; To Amend Section 65-3-99, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt The Segment Of Road From The General Requirement That A Segment Of Road Added To The State Highway System Must Remain Under The Jurisdiction Of The County, Municipality Or Other Political Subdivision For Construction And Maintenance Purposes Until Brought Up To Applicable Construction Standards As Required By The Commission And The Department Of Transportation; And For Related Purposes.
