Summary

An Act To Amend Section 49-7-31.5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Permit For The Transport Of Wild Hogs; To Amend Section 49-7-140, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That It Shall Be Unlawful For Any Person To Transport Wild Hogs On Public Roads, To Prohibit A Person From Releasing A Wild Hog At A Location Different From The Location Where The Wild Hog Was Caught Or Trapped, And To Remove The Permit For The Transport Of Wild Hogs; To Bring Forward Section 49-7-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendments; And For Related Purposes.
