An Act To Amend Sections 43-1-1, 43-1-2, 43-1-3, 43-1-5, 43-1-55, 43-27-20 And 43-27-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Automatic Repealers On The Sections Of Law That Establish The Mississippi Department Of Human Services, Provide Standards For Family Protection Worker/specialists, And Provide For The Division Of Community Services In The Department; To Create The Office Of Field Operations In The Department; To Repeal Section 43-1-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Transferred Certain Programs Within The Division Of Federal-state Programs, Office Of The Governor, To The Department; And For Related Purposes.
