Summary

An Act To Amend Section 93-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If Either Of The Parties Applying For A Marriage License Has Been Previously Married And The Former Spouse Of The Party Is Still Living Or It Is Unknown Whether The Former Spouse Is Still Living, The Application Shall Be Accompanied By A Certified Copy Of The Decree Of Divorce Or Annulment Of The Party; And For Related Purposes.
