An Act To Require Postsecondary Educational Institutions Under The Governance Of The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning And The Mississippi Community College Board To Provide At Least 50% Of In-person Instruction Beginning With The 2021-2022 Academic Term As A Condition Of Receiving State Funded Legislative Appropriations; And For Related Purposes.
