Summary
An Act To Amend Section 83-11-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That Uninsured Motorist Coverage Policies Must Include Payment Of Damages By An Uninsured Motor Vehicle When The Uninsured Motor Vehicle Is A Motor Vehicle Owned Or Operated By A Person Protected By Immunity Under The Mississippi Tort Claims Act As Long As The Insured Has Exhausted All Administrative Remedies Under That Act; To Bring Forward Section 83-11-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
