Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-6-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Provision That Prohibits Public School Board Members Who Receive An Annual Salary From Being Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System; To Authorize Any Such School Board Member To Elect To Join The Public Employees' Retirement System By Notifying The School District And The Retirement System; And For Related Purposes.
