Summary

An Act To Create The "no Monuments To Me Act Of 2017"; To Prohibit The Use Of Federal, State Or Any Other Source Of Public Funds For The Purchase Or Construction Of Real Property, Including Structures, Buildings Or Other Infrastructure, Erected Monuments Or For A Project Or Program Named For Any Living Individual; To Require That Any Individual For Whom A Public Facility, Project Or Monument Is Named To Have Been Deceased For A Minimum Of Three Years; To Exempt The Applicability Of This Act To Projects Authorized Before July 1, 2017; And For Related Purposes.
