Summary

An Act To Amend Section 99-51-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require All Medical Facilities, Law Enforcement Agencies, Crime Laboratories, And Any Other Facilities That Receive, Maintain, Store, Or Preserve Sexual Assault Evidence Kits To Submit A Report Containing The Following Information To The Attorney General; To List The Information Required To Be Included; To Require The Attorney General To Make The Required Reports Available To The Public; And For Related Purposes.
