An Act To Amend Section 33-13-451, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That All Members Of The State Military Forces, Not In Title 10 Federal Service, May Be Tried Or Punished Under The Punitive Sections Of The Mississippi Code Of Military Justice, Regardless Of Their Duty Status, Until Such Person's Service Has Been Terminated In Accordance With Law Or Regulation; And For Related Purposes.
