Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-7-307, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When Nonlicensed School Employees Retire From Employment, The Payment By The School District For Up To Thirty Days Of Unused Earned Accumulated Leave Shall Be Made At The Rate Set By The School Board, Which Shall Not Be Less Than The Federal Minimum Wage; And For Related Purposes.
