Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-7-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Any Person Who Makes A Purchase Without A Purchase Requisition Or Binding Contract Shall Be Responsible For Ensuring The Purchase Is Made According To State Law; To Bring Forward Section 31-7-119, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
