An Act To Amend Sections 23-15-627, 23-15-631, 23-15-637, 23-15-639, 23-15-651, 23-15-713, 23-15-715 And 23-15-721, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Deadline For Submitting Absentee Ballots To Provide That All Absentee Ballots Must Be Received By The Registrar On The Day Before The Election; To Make Minor, Nonsubstantive Changes To Remove Language Related To Covid-19; To Bring Forward Section 23-15-649, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
